Service Level Agreements
Standard Order Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- You will receive an estimate within 24 hours of receipt of your enquiry.
- Your orders will be delivered within five working days of receipt of the order or your approval of artwork, whichever is later.
- If there are any delays to your order we will inform you immediately.
- Our aim is to deliver your printing to the highest standard possible. On the rare occasions that there is an error on our part we will correct or replace the product within 48 hours.
Presentation Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Prices will be agreed in advance for this type of work.
- For deliveries in South Essex, the City of London and the West End deliveries to your door within 4 working hours of receipt of your artwork, or your money back. Other areas of London delivery will be within 5 working hours.
- A flat delivery fee of £15 whatever the value of your order. (Clients meeting agreed turnover levels delivery free)
