Meet the team
Eagle Printers has very strong vision, mission and culture statements within the business. Our management team live and breathe these, and have been selected for each specific job role to ensure our clients benefit greatly from their knowledge in their particular skill set
Rob Watson - Managing Director
Rob is now the new owner of Eagle Printers. Rob works in all areas of the business to make sure we are never standing still. Looking at new technologies, machinery, staff and the financial performance of the business to ensure we continually improve and evolve. He has worked at the company for over 10 years with the vision of owning Eagle Printers. He has worked in estimating, production and sales, and has recently achieved his ambition: owning Eagle Printers.
Phil Chauvin - Operations Manager
Phil joined Eagle Printers last year as Operations Manager. His key rolls are updating the HR processes, improving financial planning, setting up new estimating software and web-to-print technology. Phil heads up any large purchases we make within the business such as new machinery and software. Phil has a degree in Business Studies and is a member of The Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply. He has worked in operations management for a number of well-known companies including MK Electric, Caradon, Gestetner and Powakaddy.
Jenny Watson - Estimating Manager
Jenny looks after estimating, providing our customers with a fast response to requests for pricing. Jenny has a great knowledge of printing having worked for several printing companies in the city of London.
Marc Foster - Production Manager
Marc is one of Eagle Printers’ longest serving employees. He started as a machine minder 24 years ago and has worked his way up to management. Marc is heavily involved in production, planning & paper management. Marc is also a fully trained estimator. His extensive knowledge of printing and printing processes make him an expert in the field.
Mimi Knight - Reprographics and Creative Manager
Mimi has recently joined the Eagle team. She has been brought in to enhance our creative arm so we can offer our clients the very best in up-to-date marketing techniques. Mimi has worked in various design and creative roles for a number of large design agencies in London and recently worked in a marketing role managing a design team in the NHS. She is very passionate about all items going through the business and is on hand to assist in all aspects of marketing products, corporate branding and identity.
James Venner - Business Development Manager
James's job role is to focus on the expansion of new and dormant Accounts. He will be on hand to Account Manage your requirements and be your personal contact here to assist you at any stage along the way.
